Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Clear Data mobile application (the "App", "Clear Data") operated by Pivnic Networks ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the App ("User"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the App.

Functionality

Clear Data launches the device's "App Info" application for a specific application requested by the user, and helps the user to clear data faster.

User Responsibility and Liability

Using "App Info" to clear data, force stop an application, disable notifications, or using any other feature that the device offers in "App info" might hurt the functionality of the application requested, and sometimes the device itself.

• The User is responsible for any consequence that might happen to the device or other applications because of the use of Clear Data.
• The User is the only responsible for any damage to the mobile device, other devices, and lose of data that results from the use of the App (e.g., clearing data in a photo app resulting in loss of photos).
• The User is the only responsible for any direct or indirect, incidental damages that may occur though the use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Pivnic Networks are not liable for any consequences caused by this app.
